Honeoye driver ticketed after rear-ending car at Victor intersection

Deputies say a 37-year-old Honeoye resident was ticketed for following too closely after a crash at the intersection of Rt. 444 and Cherry St. in Victor.
Andrew Speca, 37, of Honeoye was ticketed after he collided with a vehicle operated by 54-year-old Roxanne Willard, of Victor.
Willard was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment. Speca refused treatment, according to deputies.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
