Police: Drunk driver hits parked car in Rochester, killing man inside

Rochester Police said a man was killed after a drunk driver crashed into the parked car in which he was sitting Monday evening.
Just after 5 p.m. on Monday night, Rochester Police say they received the report of a car crash on Genesee Park Boulevard near Gillette Street.
At the scene, they found 83-year-old Milton Harris inside of a parked car that had been struck by another vehicle.
Police say two other cars in the area were struck in addition to Harris’ vehicle.
Harris was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.
Police say the vehicle that struck Harris and the two other cars was a black Acura sedan being driven by 25-year-old Justin Seabon.
According to Rochester Police, Seabon was driving while drunk on Genesee Park Boulevard before he lost control of his car and it struck the vehicle the 83-year-old Harris was sitting in.
Police say that collision killed Milton Harris.
Seabon has been charged with felony DWI, vehicular homicide, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He had previously been convicted of DWI, out of Williamson in 2015.
Seabon was taken to Monroe County Jail where he is set to be arraigned Tuesday morning.
