University of Rochester with new mask policy

Rochester, New York – On Thursday students at the University of Rochester will have to follow a new mask policy.
According to officials, all students and staff are required to wear surgical or KN95 masks on campus.
Cloth masks can only be worn if they’re used as an outer layer over a medical mask. Free surgical masks will be made available to students across campus.
After the college went virtual for most of January, the students are starting to come back to campus.
According to officials, students must test negative before arriving and get a booster shot by February 1 or within 30 days of becoming eligible.
