Walk in honor of Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Operation Patriot Foundation will be holding a community charity walk at the Mall at Greece Ridge Center in honor of Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz on Saturday, August 6th.
This will be the third time Operation Patriot Foundation has held a charity walk at the mall.Hundreds joined the “Walk for RPD Officer Daryl Pierson” in 2014, raising $10,000 for the Pierson family, and hundreds also joined the ”Walk for W. Webster Firefighters” in 2013.
That walk raised almost $4,000 for the families of volunteer firefighter and Police Lt. Michael Chiapperini, Greece Police officer John Ritter, and firefighters Tomasz Kaczowka, Theodore Scardino, and Joseph Hofstetter.
