NYC man killed in drive-by shooting in East Flatbush
A Brooklyn man was gunned down on the street, witnesses and cops say, by a gunman riding shotgun in a black Jeep, whose driver sped off after his accomplice sprayed an East Flatbush sidewalk with bullets.
The unidentified 28-year-old victim was on Newkirk Ave., near E. 34th St. around 9:20 p.m. when the SUV rolled by and the man in the passenger seat unleashed multiple rounds at his target, according to police.
The wounded man was taken to Kings County Hospital where he died.
The men in the Jeep are still at large.
