According to the authorities, a video caught two individuals who were not very skilled shooters blasting bullets randomly on a street in the Bronx, one of which struck an innocent man in the arm.
The video showed the couple were among a group on E. 165th St. and Washington Ave. when they pulled their guns and opened fire across the street at approximately 12:20 a.m. on Friday.
According to the police, the suspects missed their intended target and instead struck a man in his forties who was walking beside his wife, who was in her fifties. Authorities said they also opened fire on three parked vehicles.
The group ran north along Washington Avenue, and emergency medical workers took the victim to Lincoln Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
On Saturday, the police released video and pictures of the people who had opened fire, as well as pictures of a lot of other people who were sought for questioning.
