25-year-old man pushed to tracks at NYC Union Square station
On Monday, an incident occurred at the Union Square subway station. A man was shoved into the rails.
The victim, who was 25 years old and standing on the platform for the 6 train, was knocked to the ground by an unknown individual at around 9:30 p.m., according to the police.
The shovel started moving forward.
Bystanders dragged the guy back up to the platform just in time to save him from being struck by a train.
According to the police and several reports, he was sent to Bellevue Hospital in a stable condition to be treated for head injuries.
At this late hour on Monday night, law enforcement was still looking for the attacker.
