Teenage boy robbed and assaulted on NYC train
According to statements made by police on Tuesday, a group of people boarded a train in Brooklyn and robbed and assaulted a teenager, 13 years old.
According to the police, the teenager was on a F train that was headed toward Manhattan when the gang of around four males approached him as the train rumbled toward the Avenue P stop in Midwood at 4 p.m. on October 3.
According to the police, the thieves struck the victim many times in the head before stealing his bag and phone from him.
The moment the train drew into the station, they exited the station on foot.
The victim had bruises and swelling on his head and face, for which he was treated at Maimonides Hospital after being transported there.
The images of the perpetrators were published by the police on Tuesday in the hopes that someone would identify them.
