NYC police asking for help in identifying robbery suspects who stole electric scooter of a food delivery worker
According to the statements made by the police on Thursday, a food delivery worker in the Bronx had his electric scooter stolen while he was on the job.
According to the police, the 32-year-old man was on Colgate Avenue in the Soundview neighborhood near Watson Avenue at around 3:15 in the morning when he attempted to bring food to an apartment complex.
On September 10, instead of seeing the customer who placed the order, the employee was attacked by three males.
According to the police, the assailants grabbed his electric scooter as well as his mobile phone, all of which had a combined value of around $1,500, before fleeing on foot along Colgate Avenue.
The robbery did not result in any injuries to the victim.
On Thursday, CCTV photos of the men were made public by the police in the expectation that someone would identify them.
