State Police arrest a Rochester man for driving while intoxicated following collision with utility pole

Rochester, New York – On February 13, 2024, an incident involving a vehicle and a utility pole on Norton Street and Waring Road in Rochester led to the arrest of a local man for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).
